Darin Wade Ford, DDS

Dr. Darin Wade Ford was born in Columbus, Ohio. His family moved to Matthews, NC in 1980. He became a patient in this practice shortly after moving here. He attended McClintock middle school and East Mecklenburg High School. He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel for both undergraduate and Dental school. He joined the practice in 1993 along side of Dr. Rogers and Barone as an associate. In 1997, upon Dr. Rogers retirement the practice became Barone and Ford, DDS, Pa.

Dr. Ford has two grown children. He enjoys playing basketball, golf and bowling. He enjoys traveling and watching sports. He is a member of the American Dental Association, The Charlotte Dental Society, The Charlotte Implant Study club and the Catawba Study Club.

Raymond A. Barone, DDS

Dr. Raymond A. Barone graduated from Case Western Reserve in Ohio in May of 1970. After doing a one year internship at Charlotte Memorial Hospital (now CMC), he joined the practice with Dr. Russell J. Rogers. He is originally from Cleveland, Ohio where he went to undergrad school at John Carroll University. 

He is married and has six children and twelve grandchildren. Dr. Barone enjoys being active in sports, gardening, going to the beach and mountains and family activities. Dr Barone retired in June 2021 but you may still see him around from time to time checking hygiene and filling in for Dr Ford.

Dr. Barone is a lifetime member of the American Dental Association, The Charlotte Dental Society, The Charlotte Implant Study Club, and The Catawba Dental Study Club.
